Seattle's Sex Vid shoot their hardcore wad

By Jess Scott

Published on July 02, 2008

Punks around the Bay will help sell out another hardcore explosion with Seattle's Sex Vid. The four-piece, armed with homemade cassette releases and a handful of 7"s, is creating some of the wildest thrash out there. The group is equally influenced by the Dead C and by Void — which explains how it's able to squeeze a jamlike breakdown into minute-long songs, and nobody complains because Sex Vid makes the kids' intestines vibrate. While the whole notorious show might be over in 12 minutes, this band's set is not to be missed.
