"Culinary Adventures Through Asia" features Saveur Magazine editor James Oseland and authors/traveling chefs Naomi Duguid and Jeffrey Alford. "Talking Food -- 2008" brings together media people such as Kevin Blum (The City Dish), Marcia Gagliardi (Tablehopper), and Nish Nadaraja (Yelp). And local foodie greats Cecilia Chiang (the Mandarin restaurant), Patricia Unterman, and Chuck Williams (Williams-Sonoma) close the day with "San Francisco: The Culinary Pioneers." Today's seminars start at 11 a.m.
